10-Year-Old Child Shot to Death by Another Child

MONTGOMERY - A 10-year-old Montgomery girl was shot and killed.

Montgomery Police spokesman Capt. Huey Thornton said the girl was pronounced dead at the scene on Lynwood Drive Thursday
afternoon with a gunshot wound to the head.

Thornton said witnesses told detectives the girl was accidentally shot by a 10 year-old boy. But he said the case is
still under investigation.

Police have not released the identity of either youth.
