Jefferson County Sheriff’s Deputies have charged a Graysville man in the death of his half-brother.
In a news release, deputies charged Jonathan Melcher, 22, Graysville, with murder.
The incident happened July 6, 2008, at 375 15th Avenue SE in Graysville.
When deputies arrived, they found Michael Robinson, 25, dead in a front yard.
The victim had been involved in an argument at a house with Melcher, his half-brother.
The men later met behind a store to finish the fight, when Melcher allegedly ran over Robinson with his Ford Explorer.
Melcher then put Robinson in the Explorer and left him in the yard.
Melcher is in the Jefferson County Jail under $75,000 bond.
