HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (AP) - A Huntsville man faces three counts of
capital murder in the stabbing deaths of his 10-year-old son and
his son’s 13-year-old half brother.

The two boys were slain Feb. 6 during a confrontation that left
the children’s mother critically injured.

A Madison County grand jury returned the indictments earlier
this month against 30-year-old Kishon Darrell Green. He remains in
custody without bond in the deaths of 10-year-old Antwan Green and
13-year-old Frederick Thomas Junior.

Green also was charged with attempted murder in an attack on
33-year-old Tiffany Nicole Courtney-Burrell who was stabbed several
times.

  No trial date was announced.
