A 19 year old patient at Partlow Hospital walked away from the facility around 7:00pm today. The man, James Seth Fulgham, has a history of leaving the hospital.
He is described as a white male, 5’11” tall and weighing 160 lbs with brown hair and blue eyes.
He was last seen wearing a black shirt, khaki shorts and black shoes. He is not considered a danger to himself or others.
Any person who has information regarding his whereabouts should contact the Tuscaloosa Police Department at 349-2121.
