Marcus Schrenker, the man suspected of parachuting out of a plane in midair over Childersburg, is captured in Quincy, Florida, according to the Gadsden County Sheriff’s Office.
He faces charges in Indiana.
Quincy, Florida is approximateluy 40 miles northwest of Tallahassee.

According to a legal filing in Hamilton County, Indiana, Marcus Shrenker faces two charges, filed today.
Count one is unlawful acts by compensated advisor, and Count two is unlawful transaction by investment adviser representative.
The charges allege that Schrenker failed to inform a client that his registration as an investment adviser representative in the State of Indiana was terminated on Dec. 31, 2008.
The charges also allege Schrenker conducted business as an investment adviser representative between Jan. 1 and Jan. 11.
The plane was left on autopilot, and crashed in Santa Rosa County, Florida Sunday night.
