A Lipscomb Police officer has been arrested on harassment charges.
According to authorities, Antonio Allums allegedly stopped a female driver and offered to drop to citations in return for what’s being described as a favor.
This is the officer’s second arrest.
Last year, Allums was found guilty of a misdemeanor charge for harassment.
