Teenager Charged In Birmingham Shooting Death

A teenager is in jail, after being charged in a weekend shooting in Birmingham.
According to a news release from the Birmingham Police Department, Ricky Ward, 18, Birmingham, faces a capital murder warrant and an attempted murder warrant.
Ward is charged in the shooting death of Isiah Ford, 18, Birmingham.
Ford was found was gunshot wounds, after the car he was driving stopped on South Park Road on July 5, 2008.
Ford died at the hospital.
Ward is being held in the Jefferson County Jail under no bond for the capital murder warrant.
