The Day Ahead- Friday, July 18, 2008:
-The Birmingham Fire Dept. will be holding two Fill the Boot fundraisers Friday to raise money for the Muscular Dystrophy Association. The boot drives will be held at Bruno’s at the Summit and the Lowe’s in Trussville from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 a.m.
-Joe Muggs in English Village presents Jazz on the Patio Friday night from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Jazz on the Patio will feature Alabama Jazz Hall of Fame Neo Jazz Collective.
