Officials say a 14-year-old Center Point teen was shot in the head Monday afternoon. According to officials, the teen is listed in critical condition at Children’s Hospital.
Authorities say the shooting appears to be intentional. Officials have ruled out self-infliction and say an accidental shooting is unlikely. The case remains under investigation.
