Jackie Robinson was inducted into the College Baseball’s Foundation’s Hall of Fame.

Robinson was an infielder in college at Pasadena Junior College and UCLA.  He broke the major league baseball’s color barrier in 1947 and was inducted as the foundation’s second Vintage-Era Hall of Fame class.

The Vintage-Era is a designation for those who played or coached before 1947.
