Tyler Stovall who was drafted as the 64th overall pick in the second round by the Atlanta Braves has signed with the club. Negotiations lasted nearly a month, but Atlanta came to terms with the left-handed pitcher from Hokes Bluff. Stovall agreed to a contract around $800,000, which includes various incentives based on his performance.
He is expected to report to Braves’ Gulf Coast Rookie League team in Orlando on July 12.
